Kimberley F. Wallace, Esq.

Kimberley F. Wallace, Esq. is a founding Partner of Wallace Turner Law (WTL), LLP, licensed in the State of New York and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. She has experience in handling all aspects of litigation from motion practice through trial. Kimberley has litigated violations, misdemeanors, and felonies, and has been successful at securing the best possible outcomes for her clients by acquiring dismissals for her clients and favorable trial verdicts.

Kimberley’s trial experience is attributed to working as Felony-Level Assistant Public Defender in Albany County and  former Assistant Public Defender in Dutchess County, 

New York. In these roles, she represented some of the most vulnerable and under-resourced populations. This experience has allowed her to understand some of the gaps in the legal system as well as gain deep experience in managing a wide range of criminal offenses.

Kimberley also served as a Former Assistant District Attorney at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases from inception through trial. With this experience, she has been able to apply this wisdom in defending her clients to her best ability. The experience working with Law Enforcement and Investigators allowed her to better understand how cases are built and litigated.

Along with her public service roles, Kimberley spent time in private practice as an Associate Attorney at the Albany Law Firm Carter Conboy where she represented individuals and businesses dealing with white collar and corporate governance matters and investigations. Kimberley also represented transportation companies, commercial carriers, and manufacturers in State and Federal Courts throughout New York, and before administrative agencies and in mediation and arbitration matters. Also, Kimberley successfully defended public service entities such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, allied health professionals, nurses, and pharmacists to defend them against claims of professional malpractice. Kimberley is a member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association where she sits on the Judiciary Committee, Capital District Black and Hispanic Bar Association, and the Albany County Bar Association where she sits on the Pro Bono Committee. Board of Directors of the Alumni Association. Kimberley earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University College of Law, which included a semester abroad at Oxford University where she studied law as it pertains to the European Union and international law. Kimberley obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Society from Sage College of Albany where she currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association.
