Kimberley F. Wallace, Esq. is a founding Partner of Wallace Turner Law, licensed in the State of New York and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. She is head of the Real Estate department and handles all aspects of Residential and Commercial Transactions. She has experience in handling all aspects of litigation from motion practice through trial. Kimberley has litigated violations, misdemeanors, and felonies, and has been successful at securing the best possible outcomes for her clients by acquiring dismissals for her clients and favorable trial verdicts.
Raysheea T. Turner, Esq. is a New York licensed attorney and a founding partner of Wallace Turner Law. She gained her experience in private practice where she focused on Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Formations, Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Property Damage, and Subrogation. Raysheea has also assisted entrepreneurs and businesses with all aspects of their transactions, including formation, contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Prior to joining Wallace Turner Law, LLP, David Craft, Esq., served as a Staff Attorney at the Community Development Clinic in the Justice Center at Albany Law School. The Community Economic Development Clinic provides pro-bono representation to individuals and groups who lack resources in forming small businesses and nonprofit organizations. As part of his duties, David Craft assisted individuals and groups in forming entities to conduct their business.
